Rotary Foundation Paul Harris Fellow Vint Cerf is honored by video for his contributions to society and the ICANN organization. Vint is one of the founding fathers of the Internet.

Vint was awarded his Paul Harris Fellow by the Rotary Club of Fair Oaks in Rotary International District 5180, Sacramento, California.
