The District Assembly and Award Ceremony of Nepal Clubs happening on the evening of 11th June at Hotel Shahanshah in Kathmandu suddenly took another momento after distribution of awards...

The happiness of winning clubs was added further and same was shared by those who missed out to be winners as the organizing committee put forward a proposal of sponsoring all three Rotaractors for attending RI Convention in June! The worthy cause to represent their achievement in summiting Everest to Congratulate RI President and all Rotary World on Centennial Year of success was supported by all clubs... Instantly 70% of required travel fare was committed on spot at individual and club level! Some even assured of logistic support they could provide.

Although small, my club committed to contribute Rs. 3000.00 for the same cause! I'm just keeping my fingers crossed to hear good news that they will be flying for the convention! Look forward to your cooperation and welcome of our Nepalese Rotaractors for whom I'm hopeful and pray for good news!
