Gilford Rotary Rases Money at Ribfest

Ribfest raises funds
Mike Garofalo, representing Anheuser-Busch and New Hampshire Distributors, Inc. recently presented a check for $2,500 as one of the event sponsors for the 3rd Annual Gilford Rotary Rock'n Ribfest that was held a Gunstock Mountain Resort in August.

A total of $13,000 was raised from this event which will be used to support local charities and student scholarships in the Lakes Region.

The Gilford Rotary also runs a Pancake Breakfast on Old Home Day to benefit the Cheryl Walsh Memorial Scholarship Fund. This scholarship fund supports student scholarships each year to Gilford High School seniors.
