have anyone of you seen a rotary wheel, the Rotary International Logo, actually rotating? Visit the Philippine-Korea Children's PARK in San Pablo City Philippines. This is a Joint project of RC Jeung Jung Ang (South Korea) and the Rotary Club of San Pablo City South Philippines, RI District 3820). San Pablo City is 87 KMS south of MANILA in the Philippines, the country where the nth wonder of the World, the Banawe rice terraces, "stairways to the Heavens," is located.
