We shall be glad to meet you at Evanston (IL), on June 8 – 10, when an historical event shall take place : during the XII-th Annual “Rotary in Russia” Conference,at the headquarters of RI, the Intercountry Committee Russia-USA and USA-Russia shall be chartered

A wide array of senior Rotary leaders and staff shall intervene, to discuss the plans for expansion of Rotary in Russia, presentations by the Rotary International Headquarters Staff, and the development of the United States-Russia Intercountry Committee which will be chartered at the conference

Attending the “Rotary in Russia” Conference, to be held in on June 8-10, 2007 may be a wonderful occasion of fellowship both with Russian Rotarians and with many “friends of Rotary in Russia” from a number of other Countries for all those Rotarians of your District, which are sincerely interested to develop friendly relations with Russian Clubs

Moreover, a very few days after the “RIR” Conference attendees may move to Salt Lake City, where the Rotary International Convention shall be held (June 14 – 20)

CONFERENCE FEES $190 (U.S.) for Rotarians, Spouses, and Guests $95 (U.S.) for Rotaractors.

HOTEL ACCOMODATION Accomodation at the Doubletree North Shore Skokie Hotel & Executive Conference Center (): cost of the rooms, it is $117.60 per room per night for a single and $58.80 each for a double with 2 persons in the room (tax 12% included). Rates at the hotel are good for 3 days before and after the conference.

TRANSPORTATION

The city of Evanston is serviced by O’Hare International Airport and Midway Airport. Delegates may take a taxi, shuttle or train to Evanston at a reasonable cost.
