Fellow Rotarians A major fire destroyed one of the poorest communities in Bislig yesterday afternoon. An estimated 2500 families were displaced. In the process, because of strong winds, also a major portion of the commercial center and the entire public market was wiped out. We are concerned with the 2500 families that have nowhere to go. They lost their belongings and most of them also their source of income. We need your help in cash or kind. The displaced families are temporarily accommodated in the public elementary school. Our poblem is how to feed all these families in the days to come. This is an urgent appeal to all. Please, take note of some of the pictures attached.
