Roy is the Chief Executive Officers of the Sacramento Children's Home Congresswoman Doris O. Matsui (CA-5) congratulated the Sacramento Children’s Home (SCH) on receiving the Congressional Angels in Adoption award for their outstanding contributions toward the welfare of children in the foster care system and orphans in Sacramento. “For their tireless dedication to Sacramento’s children and for their commitment to conquering child abuse, I am proud to honor the staff of the Sacramento Children’s Home as my 2005 Angels in Adoption. The families and children of our community are better-off because of SCH’s work and efforts.” On behalf of SCH, Roy Alexander, CEO of SCH, and Corrine Joe, Deputy Director of SCH, attended a national ceremony hosted by the Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute in Washington, D.C on Tuesday, September 13, 2005 where SCH was recognized for its efforts. |
