nowadays, lot of our children (below than 15) have more time and have interesting one to access internet, and got everything what they want to know more;

in experience in Indonesia, and India; on 'personal view' assumed that they (kids age) without permission or any special room, they got the same room (to access) same likes where (adult age) have done something which may not ready yet for them (pornography, crime, etc) consider to history of site have visited on browser;

so what should we do? 1 starting ideas from us is, 1. "it's could be different room or system which protect supported to help our children on 'bad mental' in the future" (adult and kid age has 'category'); "to keep remember that technology is for help us become better one" let make it coming true ASAP!!!

In some territories it is already mandated by law to strictly implement softwares on public internet shops to regulate access to various content (pornography, terrorism, anti-religion, etc.)but of course we as Rotarians should lead the way in reporting abuse of the internet.

Good points. And worth discussion. The owner of the cafe should be paying attention and can use software to monitor children's use of the web browser.
