I joined Digaria a while ago but have to admit I have done nothing much since. A few nice welcoming emails arrived at the time of registration but nothing else since.

Just wondering if Digaria is going anywhere?!? Not expecting things to be done for me but do we have a direction? Are we in danger of losing the interest of those who register? Or have I missed the point somewhere along the line.

Would be interested to hear the views of other members.

Best wishes

Another thing we can all do is to post the news and newsletters for our Clubs in our own Club area - if you club does not have an email discussion list like yahoo groups, then create one for your club and invite people to join. If you add the email list address to your club on Digaria, notifications for new postings and activity can be seen by everyone who joins!

Digaria will go wherever it's members decide it to go. It is as Geof said it is, a tool to be used. In the few months that I've dicovered Digaria, I have made countless friends from different countries, shared stories and our club's activities. If you think of its great potential, and harness whatever features it has, then I assure you that it is a tremendous window of opportunity in our service for our fellowmen.

Hope we can possible work for international projects but first be able to develop friendship and fellowship. Lets joiined forces to gether for a better world through international service projects. We have lot of things to explore here and to offer, for example WCS, MG, Sisterhood agreement, Rotarary Exchange, etc. Let me know what you have in mind and lets make it happen.

That is a great question! Yes, it is definitely what you make it that is for sure. It is like a tool box waiting to be opened and use. I know personally I have made the aquintance of new friends from just about every contintent around the world as a result of my involvement so far. And have learned lots of interesting things about projects and interests of Rotarians from around the world. Have you tried sending a message directly to a member in an area of interest to you? Or posting up an article about something interesting from your club? With pictures and video as part of it?

DIGARIA! not diagra! anyway - Digaria is what we make of it, so posting your thoughts is a great place to start, also be sure to welcome other members, join your local club (or create it if it hasn't been already) and of course, post the great news and information that you come across locally - don't forget, news in your home town is big news in far off lands where Rotarians are needing to know what other clubs and places are doing! Enjoy!
