All you need to do is go start an article and write the text you would like to tell everybody, and then SAVE the article. After you have done that, you can very easily go to the article and the click on BROWSE button to the right of the article under ATTACHMENTS, and then select the image, or video clip you would like to share, and then click on UPLOAD, and viola! you are finished, the website will take care of the rest for you. You will get some options to fill in summary information and caption if you want to explain more detail about your photos. If you are uploading an .AVI video clip file, it will take a little bit of time for the system to process the video into the right format, but that normally doesn't take much more than a few minutes depending on the size of the file.
